Eisenhower, and MacArthur
High Schools. Upward Bound
is a college preparatory
program funded by the US.
Department of Education.
Student participants receive a
variety of services that build
upon the necessary skills that
are needed for success in
higher education and through¬
out life. Services include
academic advising, tutorials,
standardized test preparation
and assistance with college
admissions. New participants
must currently be in the 9th,
1 Oth or 11 th grade.
